Arran Dark is a velvety textured, traditional Scottish heavy beer with a rich aroma of malt and hops with ripe fruit.

It has a full malt taste with a deep bittersweet finish. Arran Dark is superb on its own but it also compliments red meat. Arran Dark ale can also make a versatile cooking ingredient. As well as traditional dishes such as steak & ale pie, why not add some Arran Dark to dark fruit cakes or the classic Scottish Clootie Dumpling for a sumptuously rich flavour?
