Bacardi Oro Rum

Bacardi Oro Rum is an exceptionally well balanced rum.It is a Premium Golden Rum, providing an altogether different flavour proposition from Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum.

Bacardi Oro Rum's extended aging, between 3 and 5 years, further develops the initial gentle exchange of flavours from the charred wood.This process known as "esterification" infuses subtle nut, wood and dried fruit flavours as well as a natural golden amber colour.

Over 14 different Bacardi Rums of varying ages are blended together to make Bacardi Oro Rum.Master Blenders then use the skill and craftsmanship handed down through 7 generations of the Bacardi family to match the aroma, flavour and colour of an original recipe from 1862.

Bacardi Oro Rum is mellow in taste with impressions of vanilla and a balance of walnuts, spices and tropical fruit on a subtle background of oak.Its mellow and smooth finish gives it a perfect balance and has made it the preferred choice for many bartenders or a number of cocktails.
