A fine lager was produced to celebrate Mexicos heritage and culinary excellence. Named after one of the worlds most recognised brewing regions, Bohemia is the byword for understated elegance, quality and craftsmanship.
Bohemia is brewed at the CCM distillery in Monterrey, Mexico. The pure water comes from deep wells in the Mexican countryside. The hops still today come from the Czech Republic and are used for the complexity of their aroma. The barley is medium roasted so as to create a rich, caramel flavour. Everything is 100% natural: the way it should be.
This combination of the finest ingredients creates a top quality beer which is bold and full bodied in flavour and the perfect match for Mexican and strong flavoured foods.
Bohemia beer has fruity aromas with sweet vanilla. Lively carbonation, rich and full bodied with a silky mouthfeel. Earth like complexity which stays on the palate. Cocoa on the finish with a snap of bitterness.
