Cinzano Rosso Vermouth

An incredibly versatile cocktail ingredient as well as a delicious aperitif served simply over ice. Delicious aromas of Christmas spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon and orange peel persist on the warm, sweet palate which benefits from a bitter herbal edge.

The base for Cinzano is a white wine made from Trebbiano grapes grown in the Ravenna province of Italy. The wine is then sweetened and infused with a unique, secret blend of herbs and spices.
