Tasting Note
Colour - Burnished copper.
Nose - Very dry, slightly sulphury notes roll back to reveal sweet, dried fruits, raisins and dates.
Palate - Sweet caramel, mouth coating maple syrup, mixed candied peel and sherry-soaked raisins.
Finish - Long, sweet finish, fading to honeyed cashews.
