London Hill Gin

Of all the methods available by which gin may be produced, none matches the smoothness and elegant flavour of that achieved by traditional double distillation. The distinctive taste of this premium London Hill Gin is created by the unique selection of 'botanicals' (natural herbs and spices) which augment the traditional flavour of juniper berries. The precise details of the botanicals used to create London Hill Gin's unique and distinctive taste must remain a closely guarded secret. However, the list of aromatic ingredients goes far beyond the usual orange and lemon peel, coriander seeds and angelica root to include such exotic spices as orris root, cassia bark and grains of paradise.

The distinctive taste is produced using double distilled 100% neutral spirit, infused with juniper berries and an unique selection of more than 12 botanicals (natural aromatics and flavourings) amongst which are included: orange and lemon peel, coriander seeds, angelica root, and grains of paradise.
