The first vintage was processed in 1980 and in 1982 the winery was formally named Peter Lehmann Wines. From then on, its wines have been marketed under the Peter Lehmann Wines label.

Peter Lehmann Weighbridge Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot Description.

Colour :Good depth of colour with garnet rim.
Bouquet : Ripe black plums.
Palate : Well structured tautness with good fruit richness on the middle palate, finishing firm with soft tannins.
Blend : 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot.
Fruit Source : Selected vineyards in South Australias River land, Barossa and Eden Valley districts.
Enjoy With : Perfect with meat/cheese based pasta dishes, lamb, roast chicken or a mild cheddar cheese.
