SEVE XO Liqueur is a marriage of four fine Brugerolle XO Cognacs, aged between 5 – 8 years.  SEVE XO Liqueur includes wild Morello cherries, vanilla & orchard almonds.

SEVE XO Liqueur is France’s best kept secret! Enjoyed by locals for generations, a closely guarded family recipe. Authentic. Has now crossed the Channel for the first time!  Locals in the Cognac region consume more SEVE than any other Cognac brand. 

SEVE XO Liqueur is presented in a decanter style glass bottle underpinning its heritage from a company trading for over 130 years and has been savoured for 5 generations since 1847.

Product versatility: neat, on crushed ice, Manhattan, champagne, with cognac, lemonade (a la Pimms), patisserie, SEVE Sours.

Feu De Joie (French: "fire of joy") is a gun salute, described as a "running fire of guns", on occasions of public rejoicing of nation and/or ruling dynasty. Can also refer to a Bonfire.

It is believed that the family recipe was originally created to find an easier drinking alternative to Cognac, to appeal to a wider palette, especially to females, so that the whole community could celebrate together. 

SEVE is produced by Distilleries de Matha in the region known as Charente Maritime.

The distillery was built in 1889 originally housing 3 artisanal pot stills.

The Master Distiller of Leopold Brugerolle blends Brugerolle Cognacs that reveal suppleness, fruity aromas of peach , prune and candied fruits with underlying floral notes of jasmine and iris interwoven with the spices from the wooden barrels of Chocolate, vanilla and cigar box that give a long lasting and rich taste.
