Due to the nature of this business, products can become unavailable due to production or shipping problems. Where this happens regarding an item purchased you will be contacted and a refund or alternative offered. You can also have the option to be notified when the product becomes available.

Delivery

Currently we deliver to UK mainland only. Goods are despatched between 1 and 4 working days after order is placed. Our courier SPDS will make every attempt possible to make delivery to you. SPDS are instructed to only leave goods with persons over 18 years of age. All orders incur a delivery charge of £7.99 regardless of how much you order.

Refunds & Returns
Unfortunately we do not live in an ideal world and on the odd occasion something will no go to plan. Should you receive a delivery that is damaged then you can either return the whole order and a replacement or refund can be arranged, or, the damaged items can be detailed on the POD and replacements or refund of the items in question can be arranged.

Distance Selling Regulations.

As part of the distance selling regulations customers are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 days starting from the day the order arrives to change your mind and return the goods.  Items must be returned unopened and in the original packaging and in same condition they were received.  When returning goods we recommend using a courier service, which offers tracking and appropriate insurance for the items being returned.  Refunds will only be processed once safe return of the goods has been confirmed.
