Tio Pepe is aged in the solera system for over 4 years. This fino sherry is a pale, straw coloured wine with a bouquet which is delicate, almondy and sharp, without acidity, very dry and light on the palate.Tio Pepe is best served chilled and is a great complement to tapas, seafood, ham and mild cheese.
